These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between pokok and every individual who registers on or uses the platform. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or starting to use any game or service, you are deemed to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) applies to the bonus amount. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus comes with a specific validity period and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings may also be forfeited.

• Each user may participate in a promotion only once.

6.1 General Betting Rules

The rules and fixed policies in effect at the time a bet is confirmed shall apply. If a bet is not completed due to network issues or technical errors, pokok has the authority to make a decision.

6.2 Technical Errors

Any winnings resulting from a system or software error will be considered void. In such cases, the bet amount of the affected user will be refunded.

6.3 Game Provider Rules

The games on the platform are operated by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). The rules of the respective provider shall apply to each game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registration using false information
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process

10.2 Closure by the User
